Design the user experience for an eCommerce store for Finastra's existing clients.

Deliverables

Enable existing Finastra clients to

· Purchase products based upon their existing product version, configuration and contract

· Browse the whole product range to upsell new products and services

· Enable customers to search, filter and sort products

· Enable customers to hand off purchasing to other colleagues

· Enable to customers to access product information and training collateral

Technical

· Build the site in Salesforce

· Expand the UI library in experience cloud for the new design.

Discovery

· Identify customer personas and profiles

· Write user stories and flows with business analysts for all user journeys

· Capture future story ideas backlog

Design

· Design low fi prototypes for all user profile journeys

· Design hi fidelity layouts for all screens within the purchase and browse journeys.

· Design UI component and screen pattern/layout variants for approval by senior stakeholders and A/B testing

· Design all new components for the experience cloud Finastra component library

· Create all UI collateral such as iconography and imagery to support journeys

Validation

· Test and validate designs to validate usability

· Test that design conforms to Finastra's accessibility guidelines

Communication and collaboration

· Create collateral for presentations to stakeholders
